Liz and Mike Beaumia have been roasting beans just outside of Starbuck for 3 years, importing beans from Colombia, Ethiopia, El Salvador, Uganda, and Sumatra. “Each bean and each roast brings out a unique flavor,” says Liz. “The Ethiopian has a nice, chocolatey flavor and is a customer favorite. The Colombian blend is very versatile and can be roasted light, medium or dark.”
